I worked with Heather for approximately 2 years trying to make a decision on a move from Toronto to Collingwood.  Heather was always patient, professional, and informative often accommodating me on my weekend trips up to look at many homes.  

As soon as we drove into The Links I was very impressed with the way the homes were kept .    It was situated in a picturesque wooded enclave and backing onto the Cranberry Golf Course.

My home is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse corner unit with a modern kitchen open to the living room and dining room with hardwood throughout.  There is also a lovely walkout patio.  The master bedroom has an ensuite and walkout to a balcony, making it a lovely spot for your morning coffee.

The condominium board maintains an outdoor pool, cuts the grass which have in ground  sprinklers, shovels the snow right up to your doorway and are always available for any concerns.   I have been here for 2 years and have wonderful neighbours.  I am glad I took the time to find this home and appreciate Heathers assistance.
