Heather was referred to us by a family member/real estate agent, and we began our search for a family condo to use as a second property and also rental property. We found Cranberry to offer what we were looking for, and purchased a condo in 2009. The tennis courts, swimming pool, playground, and golf course directly behind our unit, have made our location great, as the kids were growing up. The views of the ski hills are wonderful and the three level unit works well to accommodate the family and entertaining. We have referred Heather to family and friends over the years, and would recommend her, for her knowledge of the area and the many condo developments in Collingwood and The Blue Mountains.
We owned in Cranberry for approx. ten years, and worked with Heather on the purchase of the condo. We used the condo for our family weekend getaway in the Spring, Summer, and Fall and Heather helped us for many years to rent it out during the ski season. We recently sold our place, and again sought Heather’s services to facilitate the sale process. The sale went smoothly, and when we look to purchase another recreational property, we will be sure to call Heather. Cranberry is a great location, for all of the recreation possibilities within the development and close by.
Living Stone Resort, formerly known as Cranberry Resort is located on the 750 acres including the Cranberry Golf Club, in Collingwood’s west end. Living Stone is popular for affordability, location and amenities and well suited for an active family, retirement lifestyle, primary residence or second home to enjoy seasonally or as an investment rental property. The location is ideal, within walking distance to Collingwood’s retail shops, restaurants, marina, and waterfront. Public and private skiing and beaches are located within a ten minute drive. Cranberry was developed between 1980 and 1990 and many resale units have been updated including electric heat to natural gas conversions. There are often value priced original units listed for resale. Designs include bungalow models, one level stacked, and 2 storey townhouses, some reverse floor plan, some with loft master suite, with reserved outdoor parking. Units range from studio to 4 bedrooms, and 485 – 1800 sq. ft.
