Heather showed me numerous developments, both new and re-sales throughout the area, before we narrowed it down to Silver Glen, for a new build. She was very knowledgeable about each of the developments I inquired about. It was going to be a full time move for me, and so I needed to really find the place that was going to be a good fit for the lifestyle I wanted to enjoy in this area. Heather was referred to me by a long time friend, and I have confidently referred her to others since. She assisted through the process of working with the builder on the agreement of purchase and sale, of the unit to be built. The build was completed on schedule and the building standards are excellent. I chose a unit with a walkout basement, which backs on to the 8^th hole of Cranberry Golf Course. Silver Glen also recently completed a rec centre with fitness facilities and an outdoor pool. The townhouse style is a great layout with plenty of space for weekend living or full time.
