The unit is 1300 sq ft on 2 floors and I have owned my unit for 20 years.  We don’t have amenities but the grounds landscaping is beautiful and adds to the aesthetics of the property.  I can walk or bike to the village and restaurants and walk to the Toronto Ski Club in the winter.  Snowshoeing is easy to do out my front door and to the ravines nearby.  I have made life long friends in the area and we are always planning good dinner parties and events in the Blue Mountain area.

It has been great working with Heather Stitt when I wanted to rent out my townhouse for summer or winter rental.  She is very knowledgeable about all types of rental agreements and she is proactive in calling me with rental opportunities.
