Our purchase in Wyldewood marks the third time we have had Heather assist us through the process of buying and selling. She has been dedicated throughout each transaction and following. We wanted a newer built condo, with a modern feel and a convenient location to trails and amenities. Use of a pool was also on the list. Wyldewood is a newer development in the west end of Collingwood, backing on to the trail system and has an outdoor pool that is open year round. The buildings are three storey’s with lofts in the centre. This is the style of unit we chose, and the elevator makes for easy access. The third level location with loft offers amazing views. We find the development quiet and peaceful, and the covered decks are a great place to relax in all seasons. We really enjoy the condo lifestyle, after owning a home in central Collingwood.
