BY BOAT ONLY - Only 5-10 minutes by boat from marinas in Honey Harbour and you're at your cottage. The property features two docks with lots of room for boats and water toys. There are shallow sandy areas along the shore for young swimmers and good water depth for jumping off the docks. The cottage is elevated which provides great views from the large windows. There is a two-level deck beside the cottage, a large shore deck, and a fire pit area near the shore offering a variety of places to take in the breathtaking sunsets. Inside the cottage, you will appreciate the newly updated and well-equipped kitchen and the large open concept living/kitchen/dining area which boasts a vaulted pine ceiling. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, utensils and dishes. The wood stove in the living room and the electric baseboard heating in the master bedroom will take the chill off in the spring and fall and the building is insulated to help keep you comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft in the main cottage to accommodate guests along with 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and laundry. There are large ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms. Outside, you will find 2 guest cabins for additional guests with the newer cabin still smelling like fresh wood and featuring french doors. The older bunkie could be converted to a workshop. Square foot measurements do not include the cabins. The exterior of the cottage is clad in vinyl and the shingles, wiring and septic system have been replaced so there's not much to do but move in and enjoy.
